I met with the Atlanta People With Blogs Who Get Together To Drink last night at Manuel's Tavern. Here's some things I came away with:

• These people are crass, rude, and totally inappropriate. (In other words, I really like them.)
  
• Duane has a dog named Sydney Bristow, too. Only his is male. Heh.
  
• Devouring a tub of hummus nightly is NOT hot, and is likely to have a lasting psychological impact on your partner.
  
• Team Awesome pales in comparison to Team AwesomeTimesInfinityPeriod.
  

Not bad for a first night out with my new pals. Looking forward to the next one!
